(2021- currently) Avid Technology, Inc.

Avid empowers media creators with innovative technology and collaborative tools to entertain, inform, educate and enlighten the world. Technology solutions include video, audio and broadcast media for artists, entertainers and enterprises.

As part of the (small but mighty) Creative Services Team, I help produce graphics, animations and video for various platforms, campaign initiatives and events. I assist with internal deliverables for news forums, intranet resources and other communications for corporate send-outs and other channel-partner deliverables. I assist in the creative branding and development by creating logo identities, illustrations, graphics, animations and newly launched podcasts, virtual event series or webinars, youtube channels, demand generation campaigns, product launches etc. to help support the many different areas of the business (Audio/ Audio-Post, Music Notation, Video/ Editing, News and Broadcast, etc.). Build graphics, swag items and other material to promote global events like Adobe Max, NAMM Show, NAB Show, IBC Amsterdam. Build video template files in AE to distribute to the video team (and appropriate BU teams) so there is a succinctness among all video applications consisting of lower thirds, transitions, title slides, end CTA, animated logos, etc. Templatized email designs to a more mobile friendly (but fun!) look for more consistency across the different email providers in terms of imagery, light mode/ dark mode, buttons, colors, module layout, etc.


(2018-2021) Advance Auto Parts, Inc.

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider that serves both the professional customer and DIY customers. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I assisted in developing creative collateral and campaign launches to adapt the nature of those circumstances; like Advance Same Day - which offers free same day shipping for certain locations. Efforts of these campaigns help differentiate AAP from it's competitors but also demonstrates AAP's mission- help customers advance with Care and Speed.

During my time on the Visual Branding Team at Advance Auto Parts- I liaised with project managers and team departments to define design requirements for both print and digital media; review graphics, layouts and fonts before projects are complete; retouch or refresh corporate brand materials to improve identity and quality; submit projects for internal proofing process before finalization; package and preflight files for release to printers or other media partners; follow deadlines to ensure timely publications; research data for strategic marketing purposes; and determine internal goals for personal improvement, advancing skill-set and calculating overall accuracy.


(2017-2019) SIA Group Insurance

As SIA Group's internal point of contact for marketing procedures and operations, time and project management is an essential part of the job. Regularly produce marketing collateral, and other material such as letterheads, brochures, company overviews, team sheets templates and proposals for multiple divisions of the agency, including parent Company and subsidiaries. 

Manage multiple WordPress sites for front end web design, functionality and blog scheduling. Support departments in the overall brand strategy and message, technical troubleshooting and maintaining the marketing inventory. Develop strong relationships with vendors and upkeep contracts to most relevant status.


(2016-2017) The Globe

Designed all covers for four sections of The Globe newspapers weekly, approximately 108 layouts for the newspaper and special edition magazines like Outdoor Living and Coastal Carolina. Inlayed correct scripts with appropriate advertisements weekly. Assisted with template approval through ProImage-Newsway. Created a standardized template or Standard Operating Procedure for submitting finalized templates to press for printing. Updated online content daily for social media page. Uploaded all articles to Blox Content Management System weekly. Composed reports in AP style format, conducted face-to-face interviews in conjunction with stories to be published; and assisted with copy editing articles and stories.


(2012-2016) Child Development & Teen Center

Designed flyers for program activities and implemented other marketing practices to increase awareness and promote community involvement at the Teen Center. Created annual/ monthly visual calendar of events to support monthly ongoing and special events at facility. Developed itineraries, curriculums and budget plans for trips and special events. Utilized the following management systems to input transaction funds, order supplies, complete child and youth registrations: Child and Youth Management System (CYMS), Record Tracking System (Citrix), Food and Beverage Management System (FoodTrak). Be a mentor for youth ranging in ages 11-18 years old (2012-2015) from infant to Pre-Kindergarten (2015-2016).

The CDC develops and implements programs to meet each child’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs, instilling in them a feeling of competence and positive self-awareness. 


Combat Counselors is a non-profit organization on a mission to stop veteran suicide. Develop brand identity for Combat Counselors non-profit organization and create additional assets to be used on social media, website and blog.
